Song co-writing is a great idea, but nothing new. From my song writing learning curve, I’ve been advised that most songs are co-written, because a known singer can request a one word change, and they would be legally a co-writer of your ideas and lyrics. (Correct me if you feel I’m wrong).

Due to this, I feel the internet is not a place to allow an unknown to have access to any lyrics you have written due to inspiration, musical talent, or hope for a career in song writing.

The internet may be a place to find possible contacts, but not to relay your work, without some sort of agreement before hand.

Hi Shamir,

My greetings to you and your family, guess they are doing great.

There is this questions that worries me so much which I want to emphasis on it.

Well am from African Ghana, and am 19 years of age. Since my childhood I have been listening to Hip hop/ Rap music and my favorite rap star is 2pac because of his awesome skills of rap and concern in socialization.

Because of the fact that I enjoyed listening to rap music I have developed a taste for it. when I was in elementarily i wrote my first rap song dedicating it to my mon with the title (Dear mon) well no serious attention was focus on it because i did not know what i was even doing then.

My taste for hip hop music, keeps on rising from stages to stages as I grow up. And as at now. with the help of your tip on writing a good song with the help of inspiration I can admit that, my 4 songs with titles( life from the beginning, am a ghetto boy, Experience, do it) that i have written really needs to be heard for grading if am making progress.

My greatest misery is that, I don’t physically know where to begin, how to make it big, and ways to dynamite my talent. Thanks to the aid of internet. I study so hard, but, I can see is time i communicate with some one who can really show me the way. I will be much grateful to anybody contribution towards my carrier i have plans in future of really expanding aid world wide across the globe to help those who have the talent but are hindered due to either financial support or etc.
